Scoreboard

Counts from the tracker below. Updated as sourced records are added.

0Commitments kept
2Partly kept
1Overdue, no update
1Evidence pending
Counts of officials' answers, promises and positions appear here, computed from the records below.

How follow-through is measured

1. Promise status

  • Kept Done, with proof
  • Partly kept Some of it done
  • Overdue Past due, no update
  • Changed Altered without a stated reason
  • Pending Not yet due, or evidence being gathered

2. Answer quality

Each answer to a member's question gets a score from 0 to 4, using the rubric below. The average shows whether questions are being answered.

3. Moving targets

Each time a fundraising goal changes, it is logged with the old figure, the new figure, the date and whether a written reason was given. A change with no reason counts against follow-through.

ScoreWhat the answer looks likeExample
4Direct answer with figures or a document"Headquarters' shortfall was covered by general reserves; here is the transfer on page 12."
3Direct answer without a supporting document, or a partial answer with a specific date"Part of it was reserves. We will publish the full breakdown by March 1."
2Deferred ("we'll discuss it later", including "at the town hall"); re-scored once the follow-up happens"We'll look into it and get back to you."
1Deflection, or answers a different question than the one asked"It's all in the annual report," when the report does not contain it.
0No answer, or the question is dismissedNo reply, or the person asking is belittled.

Statements that are not answers to a question are recorded as positions on the record, not scored.

Takeaway

The clearest broken commitment is in ADAMS's own words: an audit of 2020 was promised in 2021 and never shown. Every new record added here will be held to the same standard of proof.
